I want to install quarter logs in my livingroom,I have them stained and ready to start.How do I start,what is the best way to attach to the studs, Thank you for any info you can give me.

I would recommend starting at the top so if you end up with a odd size it will be at the bottom and not noticed as much. Screw them to the studs.
