I have a log home that ia 20yrs old. Was a rental unit for a long time and not maintained. We had a company come stain it and they used Behr stain that did not last or protect the wood. We are in the process of getting bids to sand blast off the old stain and start over. What is a aproximate cost on sand blasting a 2100sq ft log home? So far the first bid is seems very high.
