We have purchased a home that the previous owners covered a log home with vinyl siding – yuk! What do you recommend to restore it back to a log home?
Rip the siding off and have it corn cob blasted, borate treated, caulked or chinked and then apply a good quilty log home stain. You may also have to have some logs replaced. I would guess that there are several since this is probably why the siding was used in the first place.
