we are looking to buy a 20yr old log cabin.the biggest issue we notice it the ceiling log beams are twisted and not level.plus the upstairs floor is not level.has this already caused structural damage?can this be ‘easily’ fixed?is this an expensive fix?

The twisted beams are common and normally do not cause any problems. The leveling of the upper floor may be caused from the screw jacks not being let down if there are any.
