Looking to purchase a cedar log home in Northern WV. The home was built in 1998. The owner stained 3 years ago with out cleaning. The stain on the house looks good. Should there be a concern? And if I were to purchase, could I clean myself and restain. If so, how would you recommend cleaning and what type of stain.
