My cabin is stained a dark brown and was done 2 years ago. The HOA tells me that in 4 years it will have to be retained in Sikken teak which is much lighter. Is this possible to do? If so, it seems to me this is going to be really expensive. Your thoughts of the least expensive way to comply.
