What is the best product/procedure for weatherproofing and sealing holes/ large checks in older log home? would like to seal everything up to increase energy efficiency but want it to look good when done.

If you do fill them you will need to be religious about inspecting them 2 or 3 times a year. I recommend leaving them alone unless you know they are letting wind, water or bugs get in around windows and doors or corners. Call Dave at 800-564-2987 for materials you would need.
