Hola, I have a log home and the interior walls are covered with 1 by 8 white pine tongue and groove.
The boards were white when I put them on ten years ago but have since turned brown even with a coat of minwax latex urethane. Is there anyway to bring that wood back to the original white or close to it?

Only by sanding, and it may still not be the original ”white” you are looking to achieve. All wood turns dark with time and sunlight.
