I have just bought a log cabin that is about 30 years old. The interior wood needs to be restored because it has become quite dark in some places and its very dirty. I would prefer not to sand because of the huge task and so I have looked at glass blasting but not sure if it fits in with my budget. Is there a natural wood paint that I could use to lighten or tone the wood without first sanding or blasting it. Or do you recommend using an electric planer to clean the wood surface with. Many Thank
