24 year old cabin, rotting logs on the southern exposure. I shaved a portion of it away late last winter. Want to repair it this spring. Have a 2 n 1 epoxy mixture. Are there any other ”fixes” for severely rotted logs? There’s probably 6 or 7 of them that need fixing up. What does one do in this situation?

I would recommend having them replaced. If you seal them with epoxy, the rot will continue to grow inside of the log. If you dig out the rot make sure to coat the logs liberally with a good borate before applying the epoxy.
