Our home is about 3 years old, and I have noticed that it is now peppered with mold. Thing is, it is between the stain (Sascho Capture) and the clear top coat Sascho Cascade). How do I get rid of it? Its on 3/4 of the whole house, and we were told no additives were necessary where we live. It rained 9 days out of 10 all last summer when we were supposed to put on a new coat, so the finish was probably failing, but now what?

If it is truly between the two layers of stain you will have to corn cob blast it off and start over. Try washing with a mixture of one cup TSP and one cup bleach to see if it will come off. It sounds like someone power washed and then stained immediately, or stained when the walls were wet from rain.
