The stain is peeling on my deck. I will need to have it pressure washed and restained. No 1, should I do it now or wait until Spring? No 2, what should I use that will last more than one year?

Decks are tough since they catch all the direct sun and water standing on them. I’m not aware of a product that will give you much time for protection. Plan on working on a deck every other year.
