Hello ~ we purchased a home in AZ this last Sept. There’s several exterior beams with wide cracks. I’m assuming they are natural. The house was built in 2003 and I don’t think the beams have been treated in years. Do we fill the cracks, stain and seal or do we need a professional to look at this?
