we are restoring a log cabin over 100 years old what do we use for the upstairs ceiling rafters are not such that we can just leave exposed thought about tongue and groove but not sure that would be in keeping with that period
I’m not really sure what was used, but I’m pretty sure it wasn’t T&G. I think ship lap would have been more the type of cut they could make back then.
