We have a 10 year old log cabin in GA and just noticed a dark brown syrup dripping down an interior wall. We’ve been here 6 years and never experienced this before. Any suggestions?

Not sure. Is there a wood stove chimney near this area? That could be the cause and if so sounds like it needs a good cleaning. If not it could be resin bleed caused from a heat source.
