A friend of mine has a garage she wants to convert into a studio apt. Can you put up wood walls up instead of sheet rock. And use the Thompson’s water sealer on walls instead of paint? My husband is afraid to be doing that for them. He does not want to be responsible.she is letting the son have his way and he has some brain damage.
