I have a 2000 sq ft log cabin in Tehachapi, Ca built in 1989. Due to aging and wrong color stain, the house looks too dark. Do you know who I can trust in my area to completely blast, sand and stain my house a lighter color. What would I expect to pay for this kind of work?
