I have a built in pool with a concrete deck. The concrete has been seaping a white stain around (what appears to be) a clear bead of sap. The contractor keeps returning and painting over these stains… but they reappear within a couple of weeks after they do this. They do not seem to know what is causing this problem… would you have any ideas?
