Just had my log home exterior totally re-done (blast, sand, and stain). After it rains I have now noticed the log ends looking white / milky in color. Should I be concerned?

Not sure what product you used, but this is normal for a lot of latex stains. It is called ”blushing” and will stop aftera few months. If there was log end seal applyed it could cause this also.
