I own a log home in Maryland. The roof overhangs on the 2-story sections are about 18 inches. I’m due for a new roof now, since the existing roof is over 15 years old, and shedding granular particles. Perhaps, I should have this done in 2010. Does your company extend the roof overhangs? Do you have an architect design the extended roof overhangs? Do you keep or replace the existing soffits? Do you replace the shingles after you have extended the roof?

We do not do roofs. You should be able to get a good qualified contractor in your area. Get references and check them.
