I have a 25 year old log home located in central Maine. It is Maine cedar exterior walls and pine beams. The ceilings are 1” t&g pine. I have been finding piles of what looks like very fine saw dust randomly around the house. There are no obvious holes above the piles. What is likely causing this and what is the best to treat it? Also the house is only used seasonally if that makes any difference.
