I am working a cedar home I just purchased. The exterior stain is 7yrs old ish. Areas under my porch cleaned well and look brand new after re-coating. However, the exposed areas are broken down, moldy and needs redone. I want to work the house myself..Palm sand at 40, log wash, boracare with moldcare, stain (is that acceptable?). Can I work this full process one side of the house at a time over a year or so or will I have issues with the sides not matching since they done several months apart? A
