I have a customer who’s had their log home media-blasted with walnut shells in preparation for sealing, so the house is basically at ”raw wood” stage, (been previously water-based sealed and mold grew under sealant). Customer DOES NOT want any stain/color applied before sealing, but I can not find a product suitable for use w/o staining first. Can I use Perma-chink’s Lifeline Exterior and then Lifeline Advance?

It needs some sort of stain so that there is pigment to block the UV. And yes, you could use Life Line Exterior with Advanced Top Coat over it, but the Life Line will have color. I do not recommend just using clear Life Line. It will break down very quickly and you will be stripping again in 2 or 3 years.
