Choosing color schemes for a small dove tail log cabin: Coordinating stain and paint colors

I have a small dove tail log cabin with a red pro-panel roof I would like the logs stained a redwood color and the porch painted and window surrounds painted a light gray color, would this look okay? the porch painted a light gray?
