I am thinking of using Perma-Chink but only 5 yr warranty. Other manufacturers offer 10 years. Are they all the same? Do you have a preference?

They are all very good, and will last for 10’s of years. I prefere Perma Chink since it seems easier to trowel than most. Any chink can fail if not properly applied.
