Dealing with snake infestation in attic of log home: Solutions?

I have had a very bad problem with snakes in the attic having families and I can’t get rid of them. I have checked for their access but cant find it. Please Help!

Has to be a chinking or caulking problem. Get in the attic and look for day light coming in and seal the holes on the exterior. (By the way I hate snakes)
