We have a cabin built in 1992 using recycled old hand hewned square beams from old barns and cabins.All of these cabins in this mountain development in NC were built this way with modern upgrades. We use it as a vacation home, but no matter what time of year we go there, as soon as we open the front door there is an unpleasant oder that has to be aired out.
