We have a log cabin and have leaks down the walls. We have caulked any visible cracks but continue to have leakage. A contractor told me about a product that can be sprayed on a log home to completely seal it from leaking. Do you know of a product like he is talking about?

DO NOT spray this stuff on your log home. It will seal it up so tightly that the logs will rot under it over time. They need to breathe. It sounds like maybe the windows should be re-set or there are leaks down along the wall somewhere else. Water can run along the top of a log the entire length of a wall before it finds a way in.
