Our interior cedar walls have never been sanded. Thanks to our cat, we have scratch marks underneath all of our windows. If I only sand the scratched areas, then re-apply the poly will there be a noticable difference when looking at the wall? Or will it be best to sand the entire wall surface? Also will it be ok to do this with a palm sander? Thank you for your help.
