I just purchased a three year old cabin that the builder stained but never sealed. Must I remove the stain before re-staining and what can I use other than corn blasting (if any) to remove the stain?

I’m not sure what you mean by ”sealed”. you should be able to apply another coat of the same stain and then apply a clear coat if that is the ”sealer” you are speaking of. If youmean caulk/chink you can do that, apply another coat of stain and then clear. You shouldn’t have to strip it unless it is peeling really bad. Hope this helps.
