We clean a new log cabin using bleach. Our logs now have streaks on them. The first. Coat of clear stain was already applied. How do we get rid of the streaks from the logs now?

First, (and I know it’s too late, but for other readers considering this) chlorinated bleach should never be used on a log home (old school). An oxygenated bleach like Oxi Clean or Oxcon from Perma Chink should be used. Also, when using these materials you should start at the bottom and work your way up to avoid streaking. You will probably have to sand the logs to remove the streaks at this point.
