You may be able to run a bead of Energy Seal to cover. Hard to say without seeing.

Media blast with corn cob or glass, Osborne brush then apply new stain. If it was never borate treated you should do that after the brushing.

The bark must come off immediately after harvest to avoid blue stain. Also rack them to allow air circulation. A roof or tarp over the top but not the sides also.

You will probably have to strip that side and start over.

The same mill that made the logs should have them.
