Log siding would be the only way to do it cost effectively. You can try calling Ryan at 877-788-5647 to see if he may have some ideas.

I think you will take away from the value if you drywall the interior. Why loose the log home feel inside and have the the maintenance on the outside without being able to enjoy it?

You can do it either way. You will have some touch up to do if you stain first then install.

DO NOT use paint. It will seal the logs too tightly and promote rot. I would recommend a light wash and apply two coats of solid stain. I like to use Sherwin Williams Woodscapes for this purpose.

Sure, but remove the log siding first. Just remember that the ”fake” stone is not friendly to a harsh cleaning if it gets moldy or dirty since the ”look” is paper thin over concrete.

If you mean a stain when you say ”seal” you should use a good quality latex stain made for log homes like Life Line. If you mean between the logs then Grip Strip backer and Energy Seal caulk.

You will probably have to sand them down and stain to match as best as possible.

You should Osborne brush them to clean then apply one coat of Perma Chink Prelude primer then two coats of Perma Chink Interior Acyrilic Satin or Gloss
