No faux logs yet that look good. Half log siding has the exact same maintainence as full logs. There is the Perma Log Home out of Michigan that is concrete.
I would call an insulation company that specializes in blown in foam insulation. Make sure they use ”closed cell” foam.

Try to find out what brand of home you have and contact them for logs, or you will have to have a saw mill custom make something for you to use.
It is possible, but I would want that borate on there some how. You may have to seal the nail heads first with something.
