You could spray on a good healthy coat of Shell Guard borate treatment and then insert some Impell Rods where the rot is really bad to help stop or at least slow it way down. You can get these products from Timeless Wood Care at 800-564-2987.

Easiest way would be to number each log and move, then reassemble by number in reverese. Take lots of pictures after numbering logs and before taking down.
